Specific room requests are not guaranteed; however, every effort will be made to facilitate each request. Credit card deposit for first night’s room and tax is required to guarantee individual reservations. Individual credit cards will be charged first night’s room and tax at time of reservation. Revisions to a phone-in reservation should be made directly to Harah’s Central Reservations. Individuals will be required to present a credit card upon check-in for credit identification purposes in lieu of corporate guarantee of charges. Cancellation Policy is 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of first night’s room and tax. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations after the specified cut-off date of 9/21/12 on a space available basis at the prevailing hotel rate.
